Delivery

From receipt of your order, subject to the item not having gone out of stock, we hope to be able to deliver your purchase to you within 5 days. We will email you to let you know when the purchase has been dispatched and will also email you to receive your instruction should any delay in delivery be envisaged. Please note that credit/debit cards are debited as the order is placed. Payment by cheque will delay delivery as dispatch cannot take place until the cheque has cleared into our account, this may take up to 5 working days.

All items for UK delivery are posted Royal Mail Signed for delivery at a charge of £3. We can offer a "next day delivery" facility, at a total cost of £6, to addresses in mainland UK. We are also able to offer a "Saturday Guaranteed Delivery" at a total cost of £8.50, to addresses in mainland UK. These options can be determined at the checkout page. All orders placed on a "next day/guaranteed delivery" basis must be placed with pistachio-jewellery.co.uk before 3 pm on the day prior to expected delivery. All items will be packaged in Pistachio brand packaging (as shown here) and will be further packaged for delivery. All items delivered to a UK address will be sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery; these items will need to be signed for, on delivery, by the recipient. Should this prove problematic please contact us at: deliveries@pistachio-jewellery.co.uk. Please note that if you request the goods to be sent by any other method, Pistachio Jewellery will not accept responsibility for the delivery of the goods or any damage to the goods in transit.

Options and prices regarding delivery to addresses outside the UK are given on the postage and delivery checkout page. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK will be made by international equivalent to UK Post Office Signed For Delivery
