Jewellery trusts that on this and on every occasion that you shop
with us you will be delighted with your purchase. We do understand
however that every now and again you may wish to return items. So
here is our returns policy and some additional information you might
find useful should you wish to return something to us. For more

1) The pistachio-jewellery.co.uk “if you’re happy,
we’re happy guarantee”
We know that buying over the Internet, by its nature, is not the
same experience as shopping on the high street. You can’t
pick it up, you can’t try it on, and your computer screen
may not show the true colours. To help build your confidence in
purchasing from our site, we offer you the following guarantee:
if for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase
on receipt, then as long as you return it to us, unused, in it’s
original condition along with it’s original packaging within
14 days then we will refund to you the full price you paid within
30 days of us receiving the returned item in it’s original
condition. We regret that we will be unable to refund postage
and packaging costs. Please note that Pistachio may refuse any
return under its “if you’re happy, we’re happy”
guarantee if said item is not returned in the condition it was
supplied by us. For details as to how to return an item, please

2) Faulty items
Pistachio Jewellery is hand made from 925 Sterling silver. All
items are quality checked prior to being offered for sale. However
as is sometimes the case with hand made items, faults can occur.
We are happy to refund the price paid, repair or replace any item
which develops a fault within 6 months of purchase. Please note
that where an item is no longer stocked or where it is uneconomical
to repair the item, then Pistachio may elect to repay the purchase
price. Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.

3) Damaged goods
Pistachio will not accept for return items that have been damaged
through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused.
Neither are we able to accept responsibility for goods damaged
in transit.

Returning a purchase
To enable us to deal with your returned item in an efficient manner
we would appreciate it if you would follow the following steps:
1) Please email us at: returns@pistachio-jewellery.co.uk
to let us know that you wish to return an item. Please include
a valid return email address or some other contact information;
we will issue a reference number for the return which should be
quoted on the returns form.
2) Please print out the returns
form below. Please note the reason for which you are
returning the item. Should the item be faulty please give a full
description of the fault.
3) If the item is being returned under our “if you’re
happy, we’re happy” 14 day guarantee, please include
all original items of packaging.
4) Please ensure that all items are adequately protected and
packaged with the items being marked as fragile on the outside
of the packaging. We would suggest that items are enclosed in
bubble wrap and are either boxed or enclosed in “Jiffy”
type mailing bags.
5) For your further protection we would suggest that all items
are sent by the Post Office “Special Delivery” service.
Please note that Pistachio Jewellery cannot accept responsibility
for damage or delay caused by the delivery service and that proof
of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Post
Office “Special Delivery” service includes insurance
cover whilst the goods are in transit, consequently should your
return be mislaid you are covered to the value of the item. Please
note that the Post Office recommend that jewellery is NOT sent
Recorded Delivery.
6) Please return the securely packaged item
with the completed returns form to:

7) We will notify you via email when we have received the item
and also when we have processed your refund. Please note that
refunds may only be made to the same credit card as that used
for the purchase, refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Payments
made by cheque or money order will be refunded in a like manner.
